Booking now open for Alumni Afternoon Tea @ Newport City Campus

Primary_Teaching

Open to all, Dr Carl Peters, Deputy Dean (Life Sciences & Education) and Rachael Barker, Head of Alumni Relations and Development welcome former students to the 2017 Alumni Afternoon Tea event.

Now in its second year; this is an afternoon occasion combining the opportunity to meet our staff, tour some of the new facilities on our Newport Campus and to also view items from the University archive - this enjoyable event is definitely one for the calendar!

Visit our executive boardroom with fantastic views over the River Usk and see first hand the latest facilities available to our student teachers. You can also visit the new hub of our counselling facilities named in honour of University benefactor, Helen Kegie MBE (centre to be launched in March)- it's sure to take you back to your own student days, albeit it in facilities now befitting the 21st century student.

Guests will also have the opportunity to hear more about the Alumni Relations and Development Office, as well as our ongoing University campus redevelopments.

Your ticket (£12)  includes Afternoon Tea and a copy of our recently published book on our former Caerleon campus*. Book online >>
