A new category for 2017, this new award was introduced to celebrate the achievements being made by higher education institutions to ensure that their undergraduates are best equipped to achieve their potential when searching and applying for graduate roles and transitioning to employment.
Head of Careers and Employability, Euros Evans comments:
“This is a significant achievement by the Careers & Employability Teams who have made such a positive contribution as part of the inclusive and integrated approach to Employability at the University .
The Student Experience Plan provided a strategic canvass for the submission which highlighted the rich mix of services provided by USW Careers in partnership with others. The Award is particularly relevant given the independent and impartial judging panels made up of students , graduates and employers."
Ten universities were shortlisted for the category with Newcastle University winning the Award, and Manchester University in second place.
Congratulations Team USW Careers!
