Whys Study Hotel and Hospitality Management?

The BA (Hons) Hotel and Hospitality Management* is the only degree in the UK to be run in direct partnership with a 5 star venue, the Celtic Manor Resort.

Our ground breaking partnership with the Celtic Manor Resort and Welsh Rarebits has been developed specifically to produce the next generation of hotel and hospitality managers.

Through a combination of classroom-based learning and practical experience, you will gain a detailed understanding of every facet of the hotel business as well as exposure to the workings of a 5 star venue. You will have the opportunity to develop the practical and professional skills required to succeed in the industry from the ground up.

This will include exposure to industry leading experts in all areas of the hotel and hospitality industry, through on-job training, interactive workshops and individual coaching sessions.

During your visit, you will meet the Course Leader, as well as key members of the Celtic Manor Resort management team. In addition to learning more about the Hotel and Hospitality Management degree, you will have a chance to find out about the employability opportunities available to you. You will also be challenged to take part in our interactive experience sessions.

Student finance

How much will university cost and how will you pay for it? Our Student finance talks help you understand the financial support available to help you through your studies, such as loans and grants. The talk will also advise you on how and when to apply for funding and extra sources of income.
