As president of the USW Climbing Society, Dan liked to challenge himself. He decided that the society should climb Pen y Fan in the snow, sleep overnight and then climb to the summit at first light. The mountain is about 30mins drive from Pontypridd. Sounds like a good idea right!? Enjoy!
