Our operational transformation

Our wide-ranging programme of operational transformation is a key enabler to the USW 2030 strategy.

It ensures USW is equipped and prepared to deliver fit for the future learning and teaching to our students, and innovative working and learning environments that are sector leading. Areas of work already underway to assist the delivery of the strategy are focusing on the following areas.
