This session deals with the sensitivities of handling customer complaints effectively. Students will learn about a number of strategies with the help of real examples and case studies.

Watch videos on the fascinating ways in which events help cities become more dynamic and livable places. Chat to students about what it is like to live in an eventful city and why some cities seem more eventful than others. Please advise whether your venue has presentation equipment or not. 

In this workshop, USW staff will give students the opportunity to gain a real insight into how to plan, organise and promote an international event. The students will pitch their ideas on how to stage the Eisteddfod outside of Wales and receive valuable feedback. 

This session will highlight diverse career routes within Events Management. Hear first-hand from our students about the exciting opportunities pursuing a degree in International Events Management.
