Our Summer School offers students the chance to experience university-level study through a programme of interactive subject-specific and higher education information, advice and guidance sessions.
Places at the Summer School are limited and will be allocated to Year 12 school and college students from groups currently under-represented in higher education, who meet the eligibility criteria as per the University’s 2021-22 Fee and Access Plan. There is no charge to attend the Summer School.
Students who attend the Summer School and enrol on a full-time 3 or 4 year undergraduate degree course in September 2023, will be eligible for the USW Summer School Bursary, worth £500 to spend on technology or other materials to support their learning.
