Top 10 place for USW postgraduate study in Whatuni survey
29-04-2019
The University of South Wales has risen 23 places in the Whatuni Student Choice Awards 2019 (WUSCAs) and now claims a coverted top 10 spot for Postgraduate study in the UK.
The WUSCAs are an annual celebration of the best universities and higher education institutions in the UK. Every award has been voted for by students, through 41,000+ student reviews that have been collected this year.
In the main ranking, USW is now in 26th place, rising from last year’s 49th position. This places USW in the top 20 percent of the 131 institutions included.
Simon Emmett, CEO of IDP Connect, which owns Whatuni, comments: “This year’s strong results are a clear indicator that, despite the increasing cost associated with accessing a university education, students recognise and value the opportunities, support and teaching that they receive.”
