We were well behaved for former students but the stories coming out were memorable, comical and long forgotten

Ten graduates from the former Glamorgan Polytechnic AFC came from far and wide – including Canada - to mark 31 years since the end of their studies. 

The reunion group met in London in May 2015 and enjoyed a weekend in and around Covent Garden, before catching the Crystal Palace vs Swansea Game at Selhurst Park. Reunion organiser Martin Phillips: “We were well behaved for former students but the stories coming out were memorable, comical and long forgotten. Mainly about football games, away trips, antics, although some about the crazy parties held in the Students’ Union and bands that were little known then, but became sort of well known later.”

Attendees were Martin Phillips, Ceri Small, Adrian Smith, Pat Stevens, Jonathan Chaplin, Guy Edwards, Stephen Woods, John Simmonds, Michael Staniland and Mark Westerman.
