Not sure if you should attend? If you're passionate about bringing together those who implement change within the sector, and those who work to create a positive environment where women and girls can thrive throughout their careers - you're most definitely welcome.
The Wales Women in STEM initiative will work to provide further support, events and networking opportunities to facilitate female participation in STEM at all career stages, from school learners to industry professionals and research leaders. It also offers a digital collaborative network, which provides an online space for both women and men to connect, co-operate and support each other. It will also highlight the gender-related challenges that restrict people achieving professional ambitions in STEM. More
