What is an apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship programme is a Fully Funded development framework where individuals develop new skills, knowledge and behaviours either within an existing role or to develop into the next level.  There are usually 3 components to the framework (Dependant on subject area).  These are a technical (taught) programme and work-based learning element and essential skills. This programme of learning takes place between 1 – 2 years depending on route and level

We map this bespoke programme into the apprenticeship framework at the appropriate level and work with your learners to help them achieve, embedding their skills knowledge and behaviours into their workplace practice
