What is an apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship programme is a Fully Funded development framework where individuals develop new skills, knowledge and behaviours either within an existing role or to develop into the next level. There are usually 3 components to the framework (Dependant on subject area). These are a technical (taught) programme and work-based learning element and essential skills. This programme of learning takes place between 1 – 2 years depending on route and level
What do we offer?
Our learning programmes have an experiential approach for learners, delivered through either our virtual learning environment, face to face provision or as a blended solution.
Apprenticeships available are:
- Level 3 & Level 5 Diplomas in Supply Chain Management
- Level 4 Diploma in Project Management
- Level 3, 4 and 5 Diplomas in Management and Leadership
We work with you to develop bespoke apprenticeships that are employer-led to meet your needs and maximise opportunities available. We do this by crafting your learning programme first. This includes incorporating your values, your strategy, and any frameworks into a timetable of delivery that works for you. We map this bespoke programme into the apprenticeship framework at the appropriate level and work with your learners to help them achieve, embedding their skills knowledge and behaviours into their workplace practice
