The unprecedented challenges we have experienced in planning and delivering all aspects of health and care services during the COVID-19 pandemic have acted as a catalyst for testing innovative, outcome focused approaches. This has brought a new focus to how we deliver safe, person-centred services in these exceptional circumstances, and an opportunity to take learning and modernise, with a view to future-proofing our services.

"I established my own coaching and consultancy company with my wife Kathryn after a 35 year career in the NHS and Government in Wales. My career incorporated 4 NHS CEO posts, 6 yrs in the Senior Civil Service and leadership on a range of high profile and complex national projects. My planning and PPM experience covered a wide range of major organisational and clinical change programmes. In total I worked more than 28 years at Board level. I am a qualified coach and mentor and I am currently employed in two roles firstly as a Visiting Professor/ Health Services Advisor to the University of South Wales and secondly as Interim Chair helping to establish Digital Health and Care Wales a new Special Health Authority in Wales."
