Coaching for educators

Coaching for educators

Working in partnership with Growth Coaching International we develop coaching skills within education leaders, to help them navigate through challenges, adopt a coaching approach, and support teaching practice, which will support and enable your workforce to thrive

We see coaching in education as a 1-1 conversation that focuses on the enhancement of learning and development through increasing self-awareness, a sense of personal responsibility, where the coach facilitates self-directed learning, of the coaches through questioning, active listening and appropriate challenge in a supportive and engaging environment
