We need great leadership, now more than ever before, and organisations need strong leaders at all levels. We all need to do more with less resources, and to achieve this we need to change the way things are done by challenging our thinking.

Working with our delivery partners, The Professional Development Centre (PDC), we have successfully delivered programmes of leadership learning that have had significant impact on behaviours, cultures and organisational performance.

PDC's model of critical leadership is defined as:

'developing the ability to be self aware, to ask questions in order to gain further knowledge and insight. Critical leaders are able to check and challenge themselves in order to find new ways of 'doing' as well as helping others by being a true critical friend. Critical leaders strive to improve and do this by reflecting on behaviour and questioning current practice.' (Critical Leadership - Heneberry, Turner, Pardey)

We understand that one size doesn't fit all and we tailor programmes to suit organisation requirements and meet your outcomes.

'Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things.' (Peter Drucker)

Managers at all levels in the organisation need core skills to be able to do their jobs effectively and efficiently. Managers not only manage people, they also maintain the status quo, improve systems and structures, and do things right.

Working with our delivery partners Christie Wells Associates, our programmes are co-designed with our customers to challenge people's thinking in order for them to improve their performance in work by changing hearts and minds. Often based around your vision and values, programmes develop skills in a variety of disciplines such as performance management, manager as coach, having courageous conversations and managing projects, to name but a few.

We enable participants to practice these skills in a safe environment and embed them into their daily practice in the workplace.
