We ensure that we utilise professional or academic staff with appropriate experience and qualifications. In line with our quality procedures, all of our trainers are selected to a minimum set of criteria, taking into account their professional qualifications, experience in the relevant field, career history and training and presentation skills. Regular reviews of delegate feedback take place and these comments are used to inform trainers’ professional development on a continuous basis.
Our experienced project coordinators, qualified to degree level, manage our projects and ensure the smooth administration and facilitation of these throughout their lifespan. Continuity and quality of service is very important to us; each Project Coordinator is aware of their responsibility to ensure our services are delivered to both our and the clients quality standards; and also to time. All USW Commercial Services Projects Coordinators have detailed knowledge of dealing with all the possible administrative functions in respect of training delivery.
We have arranged and administered courses on an open and in-house basis, including tailored and specialist courses, both at venues across the UK and overseas. Postgraduate direct delivery courses have been run in the Far East, Bahrain and Germany for many years.
