Free-to-access meeting rooms
Our Exchange Hubs in Pontypridd and Newport provide Exchange Network members with free-to-access meeting and co-working space, equipped with the latest technology. We always have a member of our engagement team on site to help with any queries, and we welcome anyone who is signed up to our Exchange Business Network to use our collaborative spaces.
Pontypridd Campus
Our Pontypridd Exchange Hub is complete with complimentary refreshments, WiFi and a member of our engagement team on site to assist with any queries. As well as our boardroom and meeting pods, the Hub also has multiple co-working, collaborative spaces, such as our laptop bar and open booths.
Boardroom
The Exchange Boardroom at our Pontypridd Campus has a capacity of 12 seated or 25 theatre style, and is equipped with a projector, HD video conferencing calling facility and phone lines.
Meeting pods
Our pods are small working spaces and meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. They are equipped with a 43" screen with HDMI set up, whiteboards and a phone line.

Newport Campus
Our Newport Exchange Hub is located in the city centre, with easy transport links and nearby parking. We offer complimentary WiFi, a Starbucks on site, and a whole host of city centre amenities on our doorstep. There will always be a member of our engagement team on site to assist with any queries.
Boardroom
The Exchange Boardroom at our Newport Campus seats 8 people, and is equipped with a 50" screen with HDMI hook up, a whiteboard and a phoneline.
Meeting room
Our Newport Exchange Hub meeting room seats 5 people and is equipped with a whiteboard, a 43" screen with HDMI hook up and a phone line.
