Students on the BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance course can gain the CIMA-accredited Sage certificate as part of their degree - at no extra cost.

Sage is a global company that works with 6.2 million businesses across the world, making them a leading provider of business software worldwide. 

The CIMA Sage accounting qualification is studied on the second year of our degree as part of the professional practice and employability module, where you also build your Excel knowledge and develop an awareness of employers recruitment and selection processes to compete effectively in the recruitment and selection process

The Sage certificate demonstrates that you have up to date computerised accounting software skills valued by many employers that can be transferred directly to the workplace as well as reinforcing your academic knowledge of accounting and finance.

Graduating with this certificate will make you as a graduate more attractive to future employers.
