Professional Practice is studied right throughout the BA Education.

You will examine the principles of effective learning and pedagogy, and explore educational theories and how they underpin current practice.

The knowledge and skills to support innovative digital approaches to learning will also be considered. You will develop an understanding of national and international educational policies and how they are being implemented in practice.

Academic and research skills which are required for success in higher education will also be integral to these modules alongside the Welsh language skills, which will be utilised in educational settings.

Placement is a key aspect of these modules, providing you with the opportunity to work in a range of different settings, both nationally and internationally. This will provide excellent professional education opportunities to support your personal and professional learning.
