Victoria now manages contract for clients including the NHS and Sainsbury's

Victoria Keenan, Business student

BA (Hons) Human Resource Management Graduate Victoria Keenan is now HR Customer Service Administrator for the contracts team at DHL Supply Chain.

 

“My main role is to draft contracts up for new starters, promotions, demotions, secondments and extensions to fixed terms. I'm also involved with a few projects as a SME - specialist matter expert - to help improve the shared service process for People Services and our sites. I work within a team of 15 and we are responsible for drafting 1500 contracts roughly a month. 

 

I'm currently supporting our newer members of the team by checking all aspects of their cases. We work by reference numbers and cases due to the size and growing demand from the business. It helps us keep check of how much work we turnover as we have service-level agreements (SLAs) and are driven by SLAs and stats. 

 

I work along side other teams such as compliance, who help us keep employees legally in the business by making sure that right to work is valid and correct and by contacting customers regarding criminal checks and probation periods.  

 

DHL supports organisations such as the NHS, HM Prison Service, Argos, Tesco's, Sainsbury's and Jaguar Land Rover to name a few. No two days are ever the same there's always obstacles and challenges, but I’ve learnt so much and am really enjoying the role."
