In the second year, Professional Policing students take part in a simulated press conference with students from the Journalism degree.

After completing a full investigation in the Crime Scene Training Facility, policing students take to the stand to give evidence and be cross examined.

This simulated scenario is always popular with students, developing both professionalism, communication and presentation skills.
