Gain ILM accreditation whilst studying

The MSc Leadership and Management course has been designed so that students who pass the three modules designed for ILM accreditation (Global and Strategic Issues; Strategic Leadership and Understanding and Managing Change), in relation to the ILM L7 diploma in Leadership Management, will be able to get dual accreditation.
To achieve the professional qualification you need to complete an ILM registration form which you can receive by contacting [email protected]. Once this is completed and returned you will be invoiced for the registration fee (currently £350 - August 22). For this fee, students will be eligible for up to one year’s free studying membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management. To gain the ILM Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management, you would usually pay in excess of £3000 with a learning provider or ILM Centre, of which there are only currently 8 accredited in the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for students to achieve a professional accreditation at the same time as a Masters qualification, as it will evidence both practical and academic prowess on your CV and help you to stand out in the future.
Once students achieve the Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management, you would be able to apply for full membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management which is paid annually directly to ILM. This is optional but is best practice for managers and leaders to be a member of a professional body. After a short period of practice in senior role, you would be able to apply for a Fellowship of ILM.
