Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

This page is regularly updated to provide the latest information from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), World Health Organisation (WHO), Ministry of Education, KHDA and other sources. We are monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its impact, and doing all we can to make our staff and students feel reassured and safe.

The KHDA announced on Monday 21 June 2020, all schools and universities in the UAE are able to open from September 2020 to start the new academic year, provided institutions follow specific health and safety protocols.

Universities may conduct tours of the building to prospective students and their parents, provided physical distancing and other health and safety guidelines applicable to all university visitors are followed.

Our first priority is to keep everyone in the university community safe. This means we’re following the evolving instructions and advice of the medical experts from a number of authorities in Dubai and worldwide.

We would like to reassure current students that our lecturers are working tirelessly to continue your teaching and support you throughout this time.
