Drop in to one of our Clearing Open Days, where we can support you in making the best decision for your future.
Attending a Clearing Open Day gives you the perfect opportunity to explore everything that USW has to offer and ensure you have everything you need to make the right decision about your next steps.
It is a chance to speak to us about anything you may need to know ahead of joining us in September and we can even help you with your application or accepting your offer on the day!
An overview of your day:
| Activity | Description |

| Registration | Arrive for registration and receive a warm USW welcome with complimentary refreshments and some traditional Welsh cakes to enjoy. |
| Meet with academics | Have a 1-2-1 chat with a member of academic staff from your chosen subject. Ask any questions from course content to placement opportunities. |
| Drop in sessions with support teams | Find out all the ways we can support you at USW. You will be able to bring any questions to our accommodation and finance teams and our Schools and Colleges outreach team will also be there to help you with making your application, accepting your offer or any other questions about university life. |
| Hear from our Student Ambassadors | Don't just take it from us - chat to the people who have been in your shoes. Ask them any questions to get honest insights about life at USW. |
| Explore our campuses and accommodation | Take guided tours of the campus and accommodation to see where you could be living and learning this September. |
Book your place at our Open Day
Registering for an Open Day is essential, and you can book your place online. You only need to register yourself; you do not need to book tickets for your guests. You will receive a QR code via email prior to the event. Make sure you keep this safe so that we can register you on the day!

Getting to the event
This event will be held across all our campuses which are easily accessible by car or public transport. You can find directions to each campus on our Visit Us page.
