Student ID Card

The University of South Wales Student ID card is multi purpose and acts as your University identification, library card, door entry card and allows you access to University services and facilities.

New Students (Home/EU)

You’ll need to have enrolled online before your student ID card can be printed and issued.

Collecting your student ID card is the final step to enrolling at the University.  Within 24 hours after you’ve enrolled online your card will be available for collection (please see designated collection points below) and scanning from the campus at which you will be studying.    Scanning your student ID card will release payment of your student loan (if eligible).

If you have been approved for a maintenance loan by your Student Finance funding provider, here is information on when you will receive your loan.
