You’ll need to have enrolled online before your student ID card can be printed and issued. By reading the below information you’ll find out how to do this:
Collecting your student ID card is the final step to enrolling at the University. Within 24 hours after you’ve enrolled online your card will be available for collection. We will email you with the arrangements of where to collect your card.
As with the new student information above. Please note, your student ID card must be collected and scanned in order for your student loan to be released (if you are eligible).
We will issue your student ID card during the timetabled personal enrolment checks which are scheduled on your course induction timetable.
The Administration Team at each of these campus locations will issue you with your student ID card so please make sure you visit either the ATRiuM Foyer (Cardiff) or the Advice Zone (B floor at Newport City).
If you are returning to continue with your studies this year, the student ID card issued during your first year is still valid. You will only need to collect a new student ID card if yours has been lost or stolen, there will be a cost of £5.00.
