Set in the heart of Newport City Centre, the campus is easily reached by car and has excellent public transport links.

Newport is only two hours away from London via the M4, while other motorways and dual carriageways connect Newport with the North, Midlands, South East and South West England and West Wales.

The postcode is NP20 2BP.

Parking

There are a number of multi-storey car parks situated around the City Campus and the Kingsway car park is opposite.

Newport is served by regular National Express Coaches from London, West Wales, the North, Midlands and South West England. 

There is also a direct service from Heathrow, Gatwick and Bristol Airports.

If travelling by rail, the City Campus is approximately 5 – 10 minutes walk away from the train station. 

There are excellent Intercity services to Newport from all major cities. London is one hour and forty minutes away and Birmingham two hours by high speed trains which operate hourly. 

For those travelling to the City Campus by foot directions are available which takes approximately 10 – 15 minutes.

Cardiff International Airport is 27 miles from the campus and is serviced by regular bus and rail links. 

London’s Heathrow airport is about two-and-a-half hour drive away and there is also an airport at Bristol.

Newport has all the usual culprits when it comes to wining and dining thanks to Friars Walk which boasts all of the top high-street stores as well as a cinema and bowling alley. Dotted around the city, you will find some hidden gems including the Secret Garden Cafe and My Generation Vintage, a vintage clothing and furniture shop.
