We have 22 classes taking place every week and with classes ranging from Insanity to Yoga there is something for everyone. Classes are open to everyone so why not bring a friend along?! Classes are FREE for Premier Members or £2 for Gold Members however for an extra £12 (SPECIAL OFFER FOR THE SUMMER TERM) a term Gold Members can purchase a 'Classes Upgrade' which allows attendance to all of the classes for the duration of the term. Non members are welcome also; £3.60 per class. We have a few new classes taking place this term including Turn'd Up Fitness and Max Fit, numbers are restricted for these classes so sign up early if you want to take part.
* Due to the exams taking place in the Main Hall all of the classes will be taking place in either the Fitness Room or the Studio. Numbers are restricted so please book early to avoid missing out.
You book yourself on by visiting reception, members can book 7 days in advance and non members can book 24 hours in advance. We recommend booking some classes as early as possible as they are very popular. Alternatively you can register at reception 10 minutes before the class is due to start. Please hand your receipt to the instructor before the class starts.

Please hand your receipt into the instructor before the start of the class. Failure to do so will result in you being unable to participate in the class. We reserve the right to refuse access to those arriving after the warm-up has been completed.
