Boxing Fitness

Punchy fun and fitness for a full body workout. Using punch bags, boxing mitts and gloves.

Boot Camp

Never get bored with this fun and effective class using a varied format and exercises from week to week.


One hour of gruelling strength and endurance exercise – not for the faint hearted!

EXPRESS Circuits

A classic circuits class aimed to hit most of your major muscles groups. This 30 minute class will see you carry out a range of exercises ranging from skipping to dead lifts.


A quick 30 minute class including weights and body weight exercises will see you perform short intense burst of exercise with small rest periods. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a great way to improve your cardio vascular endurance.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is includes the practice of yoga postures and breathing exercises which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

Hot Yoga

A traditional yoga class in a room heated to around 38°C.


The high intensity workout programme that will get you in the best shape of your life. Not for the faint hearted.


This class is 30 minutes of pure kettlebell training to improve fitness, strength, power, core strength, mobility and balance whilst stripping away body fat.

LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums)

Tone up, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom in this classic class which incorporates weights and body weight exercise like squats, lunges and sit ups. 


Improve your posture and spinal alignment while developing your core strength, mobility of joints and flexibility of your muscles.

Spin and Abs

Riders work out together in a class to the pounding beat of music; you’ll get the six pack you always dreamt of.


A high intensity 30 minute blast designed to shed fat!

Straps & Bells

An hour long conditioning class which combines TRX and Kettlebells to help develop core strength and give you a full body workout.


TRX was invented by former US Navy Seal Randy Hetrick and is a system that uses suspension straps and your own body weight as resistance. A great all round workout.
