The instructional programme course are very popular and there are a range of different courses for you to choose from. All of the courses have limited spaces so book early to avoid missing out. There are 11 instructional courses taking place each week all of which are designed to help you learn and develop new skills. With courses ranging from Pole Fitness to Squash there is something for everyone whether you are a complete beginner or have tried it out before. New this term we are running a 4 week instructional Self Defence (Martial Arts) course - this is going to be very popular so book TODAY to avoid missing out!
All of the courses run for 4 weeks and must be booked in advance. Prices depend on your membership level, they are a lot cheaper if you are a member; scroll down to the bottom of the page for a price list. You do not have to be a member of the Sport Centre to join in the fun so why not bring a friend along a enjoy these courses together!?
You book yourself on by visiting reception and paying in full for the four week course which costs £8 or £14 depending if you are a member or not. We recommend booking in advance as some of the courses fill up very quickly. You can risk booking on the day however if the course is full you will be turned away. Give us a call to check availability and get booked on ASAP to avoid missing out!
