Restricted Usage

The Gym  (Capacity 20)

We have systems in place to manage social distancing and have enough equipment and space to allow customers to work out safely whist observing social distancing guidelines.

When using the gym, please follow the one way system we have in place, use the hand sanitiser placed around the facility, and wipe down any equipment you use (before and after)

using the blue roll and antibacterial products provided.

 

Gym (sweat) towels will not be allowed in the gym area as per government guidelines, so please leave these at home and use the blue roll provided in the gym and class

area. Please bring water/drink with you as water fountains are currently out of use due to COVID.

 

How to book 

Members can book online via centre webpages or by telephone up to 7 days in advance. Non members can book by telephone, up to 24 hours in advance.

The Strength Room  (Capacity 4)

We have created individual training zones in the strength room for you to workout safely, whilst maintaining social distancing guidelines. Please use the sanitiser placed around the facility, and wipe down any equipment you use (before and after) using the blue roll and antibacterial products provided.

How to book               

Members and non-members can book by telephone, minimum of two persons to be booked at time of booking.

Health & Fitness Classes  (Capacity 20)

In order to adhere to government guidance and social distancing guidelines we have moved all of our classes to take place in our main hall. This will allow for greater numbers in a bigger space.

We have created individual training zones in the hall for you to participate in classes safely, within your zone will be all class equipment needed so there is no sharing of equipment

during a class. Please use the sanitiser placed around the facility, and wipe down any equipment you use (before and after) using the blue roll and antibacterial products provided.

Please be prepared for class changes, which are out of our control. If, for example, an instructor becomes ill or needs to self-isolate suddenly, we may not be able to get an exact cover. We will endeavour to run a class but it may not be as advertised.



Squash courts  


We currently have one squash court. Individual squash players can book for practice and training, either alone or with an instructor outside of the court to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Changing Rooms and Toilet Facilities

In order to adhere to safety guidelines, shower and changing room facilities are unavailable, so customers will need to arrive ready to train.


We will have a limited number of toilets available on the ground and first floor.
