USW Rugby

The University of South Wales has a strong pedigree for rugby. We currently have two degrees, a Foundation Degree and a BSc, which have produced alumni now working across the world within the rugby industry. Students will benefit from studying in our state-of-the-art new facilities, including a 12 platform strength and conditioning suite and an indoor pitch built to World Rugby Twenty Two standard. They have access to a range of professional support staff to help them develop their maximum potential both academically and on the rugby field.

USW also runs a high-performance rugby programme. Our students have the opportunity to compete at a high level of university sport, with the USW Elite Team competing in the BUCS Premiership South A division.
