Our students will have access to a range of professional support staff, which includes expert coaching (UKCC Level 3 and 4), strength and conditioning (UKSCA experts), notational analysis (World Cup Analyst), physiotherapy, and chiropractic all of which helps develop our students to their full potential academically and on the rugby field.
There is a place for everyone to play rugby at USW, from our elite first team, development team, thirds and fresher’s teams. Players will partake in 3 rugby coaching sessions a week and 2 strength and conditioning sessions a week. The high performance rugby programme is focused on improving individuals across all of our rugby squads and in particular team performances.
