Music students at University of South Wales’ Cardiff Campus benefit from regular guest lectures and masterclasses from a number of high profile musicians key industry stakeholders, giving students unique insights into the music business.. Recent guests have included Radio 1’s Huw Stephens, Mike Smith from The Gorillaz and Coldplay’s former manager Estelle Wilkinson.

For many years Mike has toured, recorded, arranged and orchestrated for Damon Albarn. He is Musical Director and keyboard player for Gorillaz, as well as being Blur’s keyboard player for over 20 years.
