OurMasters of Business Administration (MBA) programme is now offered part-time, through block weekend delivery - ideal for study alongside your current employment.
Students can study through weekend block delivery on Fridays and Saturdays, typically every six weeks. The part-time course is studied over two years at our Newport campus.
The part-time MBA was developed to provide sought-after knowledge and transferable skills, enabling you to enter a management position in an industry sector of your choice. It’s designed to minimise disruption to your work schedule, as well as reduce the funding you need to secure, and allows for more in depth discussions in class.
Course content on the MBA is closely aligned to the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Therefore, students will be eligible for membership of this professional body. For approximately £200, you can gain an additional CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership, embedded in your study, contributing to Chartered Manager Status on graduation.
Part-time MBA students also have the chance to engage in additional training alongside the course, through University of South Wales Commercial Services. This gives you the opportunity to boost your skills in an area you would like to develop such as project management or coaching.
