I manage our Technical Records Team and our role is to ensure that all aircraft records that are required by the regulator are updated correctly and managed IAW applicable regulations. I also act as a key user and subject matter expert for the maintenance team for all computer systems. I manage the MRO system and collate all issues and improvement projects as well as identify improvement projects for all functional areas. Occasionally, I also carry out airworthiness tasks that include Aircraft surveys of our leased aircraft, export COAs, Aircraft Registration, COAs, etc. My day is generally spent in my office answering and raising queries with our vendors, guiding and advising my team and attending meetings with internal and external stakeholders in all areas that affect my role and the CAMO that I am part of.
