The course at USW prepared me for real-life challenges

Hendrik Nälk, BSc (Hons) Strength and Conditioning graduate, now works for the Estonian Football Association as an academy strength and conditioning coach. 

Hendrik also works with a professional football club named Viljandi JK Tulevik within a strenth and conditioning role. When asked about his time on the BSc (Hons) Strength and Conditioning he said:

"The course at USW prepared me excellently for the real-life challenges that come with working in a professional environment. The emphasis on practical coaching and communication skills was particularly impactful along with opportunities provided to develop these skills.

The course also developed my critical thinking skills, which is key in the strength and conditioning field. I benefitted significantly from the expertise of the lecturers who provided a large amount of real-world coaching knowledge and experience."
