Patient Satisfaction

At the WIOC patient satisfaction is very important to us, and we value patient feedback and suggestions as we want to offer the best possible service to all our patients.

It is also important that you let us know if you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service or care you have received.

Please let us know if there is anything you have to say!

Suggestions and Feedback

We welcome feedback and suggestions from patients. There are several ways in which this can be done:

There is a suggestion box in the clinic reception area, and a suggestion pad for patients use. Patients can leave feedback or suggestions anonymously if they prefer.

Patients can speak to any member of staff, or they can ask for the Clinic Manager or Head of Clinical Services to contact them.

Patients can rate the clinic or leave feedback on the WIOC Facebook page or the yell.com advert which can be found under the heading of chiropractors.

They can send an e-mail to the generic e-mail address: wioc@southwales.ac.uk

Patients can join the WIOC Patient Engagement Group.

Patient Satisfaction Survey

Periodically we conduct a satisfaction survey where we randomly ask 100 patients to complete a questionnaire.

The results of the survey conducted in October 2016 are available to read at the clinic reception or can be downloaded below:

Patient Engagement Group

The WIOC has a patient engagement group which meets approximately 3-4 times per year. The group is made up of past and present patients including student patients and WIOC staff. It is a great opportunity for patients to get involved in some of the decision making in the clinic, share their experiences, and provide feedback and suggestions on the clinic facilities, services and clinical governance.

If anyone is interested in joining they should contact the Clinic Manager:

Complaints Policy and Procedures

The WIOC has a formal complaints policy for patients, outlining the procedures which patients should follow should they wish to make a complaint. The document can be downloaded below:
