How you’ll learn
You can complete the MBA Global in one year or choose a two-year route that includes an internship to gain valuable work experience. In your first year, you will study core business topics alongside optional modules linked to your chosen specialism.
Learning is practical and industry focused. You will work on live business projects, take part in workshops, simulations and group activities, and explore how AI and digital tools support business decision-making throughout the course. You will also engage directly with senior business and policy leaders through guest talks and industry events. Previous guests have included figures such as Tony Blair and Karan Bilimoria.
Your learning experience builds towards the Innovation Lab, where you will apply your knowledge to develop solutions to a real business challenge, often linked to your specialist interests or internship experience.
How you’ll be assessed
Assessment on the MBA Global is designed to reflect real business practice. You will work on industry-linked challenges throughout your modules, developing your ideas over time and applying your learning to practical business scenarios.
You will complete a mix of group and individual assessments, including consultancy projects, presentations, reports and reflective work. These help you build teamwork, leadership and strategic thinking skills while demonstrating your own professional development.
You will use AI and digital tools on every module to support research, planning and innovation. You will be encouraged to use these technologies responsibly, critically evaluating their outputs and understanding their ethical and practical impact in business decision-making.
Internships
MBA Global students can complete a workplace internship or a project-based internship, offering an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in real-world business settings and develop skills valued by employers. Internships give valuable insight into how organisations operate and the challenges they face, helping you stand out to employers and strengthen your CV.
You may choose a traditional external internship, working within an organisation, or a project-based internship focused on solving a specific business challenge for an external company. Opportunities are supported by our strong industry partnerships, with guidance from the course team to help you prepare and succeed.
