One of the exciting things about studying in a foreign country is the opportunity to experience a different culture. If you would like to see more than just the towns and villages around our many campuses while you are here, this section includes some handy tips.

At first, you might be interested in exploring the local area a little and South Wales has a rich heritage and a large number of cultural and historical attractions - some of which are very close to our campuses.

The Treforest campus lies within the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taff - visit the visit RCT site for local tourist information. You might also want to venture a bit further into the South Wales valleys.

Our ATRiuM building and Atlantic House form the Cardiff Campus in the centre of Cardiff, itself a popular destination with many different sights, attractions and activities.

The City Campus, Newport, located right in the city centre, sits on the banks of the River Usk. Lying just 12 miles (19 km) east of Cardiff, Newport is the third largest city in Wales.
