EU Students with Pre Settled or Settled Status

If you are a national of one of the full European Economic Area (EEA) member states (Austria, Belgium,Bulgaria, Croatia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom) or Switzerland, you do not need permission to work in the UK and there are no restrictions on the number of hours you can work.

You will need to have Pre Settled or Settled Status in the UK to continue exercising your EU rights after 11pm on the 31st December 2020.
