You’ll create:

  • 1 written assignment, 1 Portfolio of Evidence which will demonstrate a minimum of 18 hours coaching practice and a Reflective Journal.
  • You will learn in a highly practical and interactive learning environment, with ample opportunity to apply your learning. From the very start of the programme, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge within the classroom and with external coaching clients.

In addition to this, you will be invited to attend two scheduled supervision sessions to support your continuing professional development and will receive detailed feedback on an observed coaching session.

We’ve created the course for individuals either currently coaching at mid-level or have access to middle managers and leaders.
