USW invites experienced professionals to an online information webinar introducing our Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), a part‑time professional doctorate designed for senior managers, leaders, and policy professionals across the public, private, and not‑for‑profit sectors.
The DBA is particularly suited to professionals who want to deepen their strategic thinking, strengthen their research capability, and use doctoral‑level inquiry to make a meaningful impact within their organisations.
Our previous students have come from organisations such as NHS, General Electric, Commonwealth Games Wales, Microsoft, and Emirates Airlines, and undertaken projects on workforce planning, legacy impacts of major events, team building in an aerospace environment and AI and the workforce.
The webinar will be held on Teams 1pm-2pm 23rd June 2026.

The DBA supports experienced practitioners to step back from day‑to‑day pressures and engage critically with the ideas, evidence, and theories that shape contemporary organisations.
While the DBA has a strong theoretical foundation, it is explicitly practice‑focused. Most students research an issue closely aligned to their professional role, enabling access to rich data and ensuring their work delivers tangible value to their organisation and sector.
Students will learn:
