BA (Hons) Fashion Business and Marketing
The final major project runs for the best part of the final year, beginning with the research and project planning stage in semester one, then going on to work on the project delivering the brief in time to celebrate their achievements at the end of semester two. Throughout this module you are supported with weekly tutorial sessions with the teaching team to check in and support you with your progress.
Final students are open to write their own briefs or can also respond to live Industry Briefs. This year students worked on a content live brief with slipper brand Bedroom Athletics, there were also opportunities via D&AD and The Fashion Council to respond to live industry briefs from brands such as Depop, On sportswear and Pandora Jewlery. Next year we have an exciting live brief in place with Size?
BA (Hons) Fashion Promotion
This year’s BA (Hons) Fashion Promotion students present a dynamic and diverse range of Final Major Projects that reflect the evolving landscape of fashion communication.
From creative responses to D&AD New Blood briefs to socially conscious, sustainable fashion styling campaigns designed with a social-first mindset, the work spans innovative zines exploring streetwear, identity, and Welsh culture, as well as beautifully curated Cotopaxi lookbooks and ASOS-branded magazines. Projects also delve into cutting-edge digital strategy, PR, advertising, and documentary photography, with several standout brand collaborations—including a concept campaign uniting Hollister with musician Gracie Abrams. Together, these projects showcase a bold, thoughtful, and forward-thinking generation of fashion communicators.
BA (Hons) Fashion Design)
Our final-year students’ portfolios represent the culmination of an intensive year of research, design development, experimentation and collection realisation. Drawing on market and technical research, conceptualisation and promotional strategies, each portfolio showcases a distinct creative identity. This year, our graduates’ work will be featured online as part of London Fashion Week’s Graduate Preview in September.
