The University of South Wales is fully committed to the safety and security of Afghans residing in Afghanistan and surrounding countries. Following government advice, we believe that self-funded prospective applicants currently residing in Afghanistan and surrounding countries would likely face serious security risk, and financial and logistical implications.

We have therefore made the difficult decision to withdraw any Afghan applications until further notice. We appreciate this decision is disappointing, and it is one that we will review ahead of the 2024/2025 academic year.
