Wales Coaching Centre

Our centre of excellence for coaching offers a variety of coaching and mentoring opportunities to help organisations and individuals to grow. 

  1. Become a coach or mentor - Build confidence, knowledge and effectiveness with an ILM Coaching and Mentoring qualification at Level 3, 5 or 7 – completing seven interactive sessions through our virtual learning environment.

  2. Already a coach? - Explore and extend your coaching practice by accessing coaching supervision, CPD, peer coaching and our Wales Coaching Centre network. 

  3. Find a coach - We offer 1-to-1 and team coaching to individuals and teams at all levels – helping organisations to create high-performing teams with clear purposes, goals and action plans.
