Director of CELT
Karl holds overall responsibility for the leadership and delivery of a successful Centre for the Enhancement in Learning and Teaching, aligned to USW's 2030 strategy.
This role involves supporting the achievement of strategic learning and teaching objectives across the University, as well as engaging and developing our academic community.

Assessment and Curriculum team
This CELT team is responsible for leading the enhancement of institutional understanding of the role of curriculum delivery and assessment in meeting USW's critical success factors (CSFs) and contributing to the achievement of USW's 2030 Strategy. This involves enhancing assessment policy and practice; creating resources to support academic staff development in the areas of assessment and the USW Curriculum 2030; and working in partnership with faculties to support with challenges in curriculum and assessment.
