Throughout the year the team offer a number of opportunities for school groups and individual students to visit our University campuses.

This free event will enable your students to kick-start their higher education research.
As part of the day, your students will experience exciting activities and tours, as well as the opportunity to attend informative talks on a range of topics and subject areas.

Bespoke higher education visit days can be arranged at each of our campuses in Pontypridd, Newport and Cardiff.
Visits can include a combination of guest lectures, interactive workshops, access to facilities and campus tours.
The duration of the visit can be adapted, and the programme can be tailored to meet the needs of your students.
With a variety of interactive sessions to choose from across all of our Faculties, our subject-specific events will give your students the opportunity to gain a real insight into studying a particular subject at University.
Events include Business and Accounting Masterclasses, Forensic Science Taster Days, Nursing and Midwifery Conferences and Creative Industries Masterclass Days.

This event is aimed at year 12 students with Autistic Spectrum Conditions who are thinking of studying at University.
Sessions include the support services available, as well as providing advice and guidance sessions from parents who have supported their children through the higher education experience. Refreshments and a buffet lunch is provided.

Our summer residential is a great opportunity for year 12 students to explore university life, academic subject areas and higher education.
Through a variety of interactive workshops and activities, students will get a sense of what it's like to live as an undergraduate student.
Students will stay in University accommodation, meet current USW students and have the chance to take part in social activities.
