The work of the University is overseen by an Executive Team and a Board of Governors.

USW’s management includes the Executive Team, who are responsible for managing the University, and developing strategic and operational plans; as well as the Board of Governors, who are responsible for oversight of educational activities and commitment to conducting affairs in a responsible and transparent way.
