Gill brings a wealth of experience in people leadership and working at board level within both the higher education sector and the NHS.

Gill has nearly 15 years’ experience working in the higher education sector, including as the Executive Director of HR / Chief People Officer at Manchester Metropolitan University, Bangor University, and Royal Holloway, University of London, and in an interim capacity at Lancaster University and Brunel University London.
