One USW is a bespoke campus visit day designed collaboratively with our University of Sanctuary Champion specifically to support individuals who are seeking asylum, have refugee status, or for whom English is not their first language. The day provides individuals with a taste of university life, as well as access to the correct support teams to assist with their application and ensure a smooth transition to studying at university.
Creative Forces days are designed in collaboration with SSCE Cymru to deliver bespoke taster sessions to the families of the UK Armed Forces.
USW Summer School is an immersive experience of student life for individuals from underrepresented background. Taking place annually in July, our Summer School boasts a range of engaging subject sessions, enrichment activities and student life content.
We are committed to supporting any individual or group who may have an interest in progressing to higher education, regardless of background. If you feel you, or a group you support could benefit from our support, we’d love to hear from you.
