As part of her journey towards an ILM Level 7 qualification, Kelly McGuffie, Head of Leadership & Management at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, describes the Women's Leadership Programme as:

Throughout the programme, Kelly explored leadership, influence, resilience, change and confidence. Yet one theme stood out from beginning to end:

 Reflecting on her experience, Kelly explains:
